The Digital Advertising Alliance Summit is the one event DAA holds each year, bringing together all stakeholders for effective self-regulation in relevant ad content and messaging based on responsible data collection. In 2018, DAA will hold its 6th annual Summit in Sonoma, CA (June 12-13).
DAA’s Summit uniquely brings brands, publishers, brands, agencies and ad tech together to explore what’s next in interest-based advertising – and how self-regulation can flexibly keep pace with the multi-screen, cross-device consumer. The event is tailored to marketers talking to marketers, with counsel, product development and innovation functions well represented.

Adapting to challenges facing industry in 2018
DAA Summit 18 will showcase how leading companies in digital advertising are respnding and adapting to marketplace trends and realities. The DAA Summit also will highlight how leveraging DAA Principles in response to these shifts will reduce friction in existing and new markets while providing both the privacy certainty and trust on which consumer engagement depends.
A preceding half-day Digital Advertising Accountability Workshop will provide practical information on how DAA Principles inside the ad ecosystem are now being enforced. This important bootcamp-style session, which includes CLE credits, will highlight self-regulatory, regulatory and legal information to help brands, publishers, [agencies, marketers] and ad tech companies keep their companies and clients as responsible data stewards for interest-based advertising.
