DAA Summit: The ‘Wow’ Effect in its Second Year

 

The DAA Summit 2014 – our second annual summit – truly was a one-day program packed with energy, information, networking, and content. Sold out with 125 attendees, the program featured FTC’s Jessica Rich (who suffered a herculean travel day to be with us – very appreciated by all in attendance) as a keynote, and an all-star industry panel featuring Pandora, comScore and Joule, among seven other sessions with privacy experts, advertisers, ad technologists, ad network reps, publishers, and global industry leaders. The venue was The City Club of San Francisco – all made possible by six generous sponsors (thank you to AdTruth, a part of Experian, Conversant, Ghostery, Google, TRUSTe, and Venable). The event was made even more special by allowing us to announce and preview AppChoices, which generated significant social media buzz and press coverage. “Wow!” indeed. Our DAA Summit 2015, slated for June 2, 2015, in New York, has new shoes to fill.
