Entities engaged in data collection for interest-based advertising also known as online behavioral advertising, in desktop and mobile Web environments are encouraged to participate in the DAA "WebChoices" Tool, which enables consumers to express an opt-out choice from data collection for receiving interest-based advertising from one, some, or all WebChoices participating companies.

The fee to participate in the WebChoices Tool is $15,000 and is renewable annually. A multi-screen bundle pricing option also is available in conjunction with AppChoices registration.
